Mission Statement

At El is 4 Life, I am dedicated to inspiring and empowering women to take control of their health journeys. Through sharing my personal story of resilience and triumph over chronic illness, I aim to spark hope and motivation in those who feel lost or discouraged.

4 Pillars of Health

I believe that true wellness encompasses four essential pillars:

1. Nourishing Connections: Cultivating meaningful relationships and social interactions that uplift and support our overall well-being. This includes how we communicate and interact with ourselves as well.

2. Mindful Movement: Embracing exercise and physical activity as a powerful tool for healing, stress relief, and joy.

3. Wholesome Nutrition: Focusing on clean water, and clean Whole Foods, and supplements that nourish our bodies and promote optimal health.

4. Cleanup time: Focuses on getting good sleep, practicing relaxation and detoxification by means of patches, sauna, drinking lemon water, etc..

On top of the four pillars, I also believe an Open Mind is crucial to recovery from chronic illness: That mind welcomes a holistic exploration approach to wellness, incorporating traditional and innovative modalities, such as phototherapy, meditation, laughter yoga, pain reprocessing, somatic work, hydrogen water, nature walks, and above all divine intervention.
